The Bank of Georgia continues to develop multilingual banking services

Bank of Georgia continues efforts to ensure banking services remain accessible to all customers regardless of language preference or geographic location. The institution's recent initiatives demonstrate its commitment to creating an inclusive financial ecosystem for the region's diverse population.

Expanding its multilingual service offerings, Bank of Georgia now provides services in Azerbaijani, Armenian, and Turkish languages across all major platforms. These language options are integrated into mobile banking applications, online banking portals, customer service phone lines, ATM networks, and self-service terminals, significantly improving accessibility for non-Georgian speakers.

Complementing its digital expansion, Bank of Georgia has opened four new regional branches in Sadakhlo, Dmanisi, Kabala, and Ninodzvishi. Each branch delivers comprehensive banking services including account opening, card issuance, money transfers, deposit products, and various financial transactions.

Tinatin Neparidze, segment manager at Bank of Georgia, emphasizes that expanding regional services holds crucial importance for customers who previously required travel to major cities to access banking facilities. The combination of new branch locations and multilingual support has substantially improved service accessibility in underserved areas.

The bank has prioritized local employment opportunities by recruiting staff fluent in Armenian and Azerbaijani languages. Beyond language accessibility, Bank of Georgia has developed specialized financial products for specific professional groups, including a teacher's card offering exclusive benefits and partner company discounts.

According to Tamar Nozadze, head of the retail marketing department, multilingual banking services represent far more than simple translation. The institution aims to deliver experiences tailored to customers' genuine daily requirements through digital platforms, branch services, and comprehensive banking solutions, with additional innovations planned for the coming months.
