Mardakan (Mərdəkan) and Shuvelan (Şüvəlan) are dacha settlements of Baku's Khazar district on the northern Absheron coast, home to about 32,000 and 21,000 people, with many more in summer. The market is houses with gardens, villas with pools and building plots, plus strong summer and daily rental demand.
