Khazar district covers the eastern tip of the Absheron peninsula: Bina, Buzovna, Mardakan, Shuvelan, Shagan, Gala, Turkan, Zira and Dubandi. The north coast (Mardakan, Shagan, Shuvelan) is the dearest at about 1,000 USD/m2; Bina and Turkan are 400-470 USD/m2. In summer, dachas near the Buzovna, Shuvelan and Mardakan beaches are let by the month and by the day; outside Mardakan a house rents for about 400 USD a month, while Mardakan summer villas ask about 2,000 USD.
