Apartments and classifieds in Kentron, central Yerevan
Kentron is Yerevan's central district: Republic Square, Northern Avenue, the Opera, the Cascade, the Ring Park, the Covered Market and the old Kond quarter. Mashtots, Sayat-Nova, Tigran Mets and Baghramyan avenues run through it, served by the Republic Square, Yeritasardakan, Marshal Baghramyan and Zoravar Andranik metro stations. Kentron is the city's main rental market: in the agency listings we studied, about 60% of all apartment rentals in Yerevan are here. The median asking price for an apartment is about 3,600 USD per square metre, and about 4,500 in new buildings. On Bazarla you can post and find, free of charge, apartments for sale, monthly and daily rentals, offices and shopfronts, plus cars, phones, jobs and services in central Yerevan. The priciest part is the Small Centre inside the Ring Park: on Northern Avenue a square metre costs about 6,700 USD, while on Nar-Dos or Zavaryan streets it is two to three times cheaper.
