Vazisubani is a residential neighbourhood in eastern Tbilisi, part of Isani district, south of the Tbilisi Sea. Its main estate was built in 1975-1985 and is split into four microdistricts, next to the 8th Legion settlement, Varketili and Hualing's Tbilisi Sea New City. The main streets are Sandor Petofi, Kvachantiradze, Achabeti, Davitaia and Pataridze, and since 2017 Marshal Pilsudski Avenue links the area with Varketili and the Tbilisi Sea. Most local listings are flats: Soviet nine-storey blocks, 'Czech' project flats and new builds. In autumn 2026 the median asking price was about $1290 per m2, and a two-room flat rented for about $423 a month. Bazarla also lists cars, phones, furniture, jobs and repair services in Vazisubani and the nearby districts.
