By using bazarla.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

Bazarla is a platform where users publish classified ads and contact each other. Bazarla is not a seller, buyer, agent or guarantor in any deal. Deals are made directly between users, who are responsible for them.

2. Your account

Give true information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done with your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Listings

You may only post items and services you have the right to sell, with honest descriptions, real photos and a real price.

Not allowed: illegal goods and services, weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit items, adult content, misleading or duplicate listings, and listings that ask for prepayment to strangers.

We may edit the category, hide or remove any listing, and limit how long listings stay up.

4. Imported listings

Some listings are copied from public posts on social networks so that buyers can find them. The original seller can claim such a listing or ask us to remove it at any time.

5. Content you post

You keep the rights to your text and photos. You allow Bazarla to show, translate, resize and promote them on the site and in search engines while the listing is up.

6. Tools

Free tools (IMEI check, calculators, price guides) give information from public and third-party sources. It may be incomplete or out of date and is not legal or official advice.

7. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Bazarla is not liable for losses from deals between users, from listings, or from the site being unavailable.

8. Changes
