The second line runs along Zhiuli Shartava Avenue and Shalva Inasaridze Street, and the south end reaches Lech and Maria Kaczynski Street and park towards the airport. Most units here are studios and one-bedroom apartments in hotel-managed towers, which makes the strip Batumi's main daily-rent market. October 2026 listings put the median sale price at about USD 1,800 per m2: about 1,570 in Orbi City and 2,560 in Alliance Palace.
