Aghmashenebeli is one of Batumi's administrative districts and a mostly residential one, where people live year-round. Its main streets are David Aghmashenebeli, Petre Bagrationi, Giorgi Leonidze, Ketevan Tsamebuli, Aslan Abashidze, Meskheti and Khakhuli. Landmarks include the Batumi New Mosque, the church of St. King David the Builder, the Mukhran Vakhtangadze Sports Palace and Polyclinic No. 4. The market here is long-term rent: about 490 flats are listed for rent and 290 for sale in the district (October 2026). Most flats for sale are renovated secondary homes, while new towers on Leonidze and Abashidze streets sell in black and white frame. The median asking price is about 1,340 US dollars per square metre, below the Batumi average.
