Salary calculator (net/gross)
This free salary calculator works out your take-home (net) pay from your pre-tax (gross) salary — or the gross you need for a target take-home amount. Pick the country — Georgia, Azerbaijan or Armenia — and the 2026 rules for that country are applied. The result lists every withholding line: income tax, pension or social insurance, health insurance and other contributions.

How the calculation works
Georgia: the 2% funded-pension contribution (for scheme members) comes off first, then 20% flat income tax is charged on the rest, so net = gross × 0.98 × 0.80. Azerbaijan: from 1 January 2026 the 0% tax holiday for the private non-oil sector ended — 3% up to AZN 2,500 a month, AZN 75 + 10% of the excess up to 8,000, and AZN 625 + 14% above 8,000. State and oil & gas employees pay 14% up to 2,500 and AZN 350 + 25% above. At your main job, AZN 200 of a salary up to 2,500 is tax-free. Employees also pay social insurance (private sector 3% of the first AZN 200 and 10% of the rest; state sector 3%), 0.5% unemployment insurance and mandatory medical insurance (2%, 0.5% above the threshold). Armenia: 20% flat income tax, the funded-pension social payment (5%/10%) for people born in 1974 or later, a monthly stamp duty, and the universal health-insurance contribution on salaries above AMD 200,000.
Worked example
Georgia, gross GEL 2,000: pension 40, income tax (2,000 − 40) × 20% = 392, net GEL 1,568. Azerbaijan, private sector, gross AZN 1,500: income tax (1,500 − 200) × 3% = 39, social insurance 136, unemployment 7.50, medical 30 — net about AZN 1,287.50. Armenia, gross AMD 400,000: income tax 80,000, pension 20,000, stamp duty 1,000, health insurance 4,800 — net AMD 294,200.
