Kapaz is one of Ganja's two districts: created in 1980, 7,064 ha, about 180,000 residents. Its district administration was abolished in 2022, but addresses and ads still say "Kəpəz rayonu". It includes the settlements of Sadilli, Mahsati (Sevinj), Natavan, Javadkhan and Shikhzamanli and the mountain resort of Hajikend, plus Ganja City Stadium, Azerbaijan Technological University, the Ganja Gates and the Imamzadeh complex. Most ads are private houses in Sevinj, older Soviet flats in the 1st microdistrict and houses with land in Sadilli.
