Masazir (Masazır) is a settlement of Absheron district on the north-western edge of Baku, between Baku's Binagadi district and Khirdalan. It has grown around large residential complexes such as Qurtulus 93, Yeni Baki, Park Masazir and Rahat Nafas, on Istiglaliyyat and Aliagha Vahid streets, while the old village core and the Chantepe and Yonjaliq edges sell private houses and land plots. In October 2026 the median asking price for apartments was about 868 USD per m2, roughly 40% below neighbouring Binagadi, and a 2-room flat rented for about 235 USD (400 AZN) a month.
