Ahmadli (Əhmədli) is a neighbourhood of Baku's Khatai district around the Əhmədli metro station (Red Line, opened 1989), between Xalqlar Dostluğu and Həzi Aslanov. Most flats for sale are on Ganja Avenue and on Mahammad Hadi, Nasreddin Tusi, Lutfizade, Sarajevo, Neapol and Khudu Mammadov streets; the Neapol and Ukraina circles and the old village (Köhnə Əhmədli) with its private houses are part of it. Soviet 5- and 9-storey blocks stand next to new towers near the metro. In October 2026 the median asking price was about 1,420 USD/m2 (~2,420 AZN) and a 2-room flat rented for about 650 AZN a month. People mostly look for budget rentals (250-400 AZN), private houses, shops and offices near the metro, new builds on credit, plus repair masters (boilers, air conditioners, plumbing) and phone repair.
