Bazarla

Image compressor

This free tool reduces the file size of images — right in your browser, with no upload. Choose a photo, set the quality and maximum width, or pick a target size (for example, under 100 KB) and the tool fits the file for you. It has photo presets for the e-visa portals of Georgia (evisa.gov.ge), Azerbaijan (ASAN Visa, evisa.gov.az) and Armenia (evisa.mfa.am). It's also perfect for lightening photos before posting a listing on Bazarla.

Post a listing

Post a listing on Bazarla with compressed photos.

E-visa presets are approximate (2026-10): evisa.gov.ge, evisa.gov.az and evisa.mfa.am don't publish upload limits publicly. Bazarla is not an official government site.

How it works

The tool redraws the image using the browser's canvas: it scales it to your maximum width and re-encodes it as JPEG. With a target size selected, it lowers the quality first and then, if needed, the width, until the file is under that many KB. Country presets are approximate limits — the portals don't publish their upload limits on a public page, so always check the upload screen. The photo is never sent anywhere.

Example

Compressing a 4 MB phone photo at 80% quality and 1600px width often gets you around 500 KB. If a site says "max 100 KB", choose the 100 KB target — the tool picks the quality and width itself and shows the final size, pixel dimensions and quality.

Frequently asked questions

Is my photo uploaded?

No — compression happens in your browser and the photo is never sent.

How do I compress a photo to 100 KB or 200 KB?

Pick 100 KB or 200 KB under "Target size" and press Compress. The tool lowers the quality, and the width if needed, until the file is below that size.

What photo size do the Georgia, Azerbaijan or Armenia e-visa portals need?

The portals don't publish file limits on a public page; our presets use commonly reported approximate values (Georgia ~120 KB, Azerbaijan ~1 MB JPEG, Armenia 600×600 px). Georgia's evisa.gov.ge FAQ says your head should be 50–70% of the image height. Bazarla is not an official site — check the upload screen.

My iPhone HEIC photo won't open?

Some browsers can't read HEIC. On the iPhone choose Settings → Camera → Formats → Most Compatible, or share the photo as JPG, then try again.

Which formats are supported?

JPG, PNG, WEBP; the result downloads as JPEG.

Is the tool free?

Yes — completely free.
