Today is the 40th day since the death of the dear Tofiq bəy Hüseynli. During the years, his consistent activity in the restoration of Azerbaijan's independence, being one of the leaders of the Azerbaijan Popular Front's Tovuz district branch, as well as the head of the Shamkir district executive power, Minister of Agriculture, and the authorized representative of the President in the Western region during the national power period, made him a trusted and responsible figure in the eyes of those who knew him, earning great respect and admiration. Although he has physically left this world, those
