2009 Mazda 3 Neo MANUAL available at wholesale prices to the public. The car is sold without RWC or registration. It runs and drives smoothly, with no known issues except for paint fade on the bonnet and roof, which is a cosmetic problem. This car is ideal for someone who can obtain a RWC and register it themselves to get a great, affordable vehicle. Inspections are welcome. LMCT 10794
