From October 20, I'm renting a cozy apartment near the metro for $300 at Aragveli. The large two-room apartment is 100m2, located on the 9th or 10th floor, with 1 bedroom, a storage room, a large kitchen-living room with stained glass windows, and 2 balconies. There's also a spacious area at the entrance that can be used as a workspace. The bathroom has a window and a large bathtub. The owner is great, and pets are allowed with a deposit. There's also a parking space in the underground parking lot. The price is $750.
