I am the owner, urgently selling a 58 sqm apartment in Saburtalo, in a newly built and inhabited building, with a view of Vake and the central part of Saburtalo, at 6 Kantaria. The metro is a 5-minute walk from Delisi and the medical university by public transport or car. You can also walk to Vaja if you don't get tired. The apartment is in a green carcass condition, only electricity is not connected. The project has 1 bedroom and 1 living room, but it is possible to make 2 bedrooms. The apartment is on the 1st floor, but since it is built on a slope, it has a view of 5-6 floors from the balco
