I'm renting a 5-room apartment, including 2 bright bedrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen, a terrace, and a walk-in closet. Located at Kobaladze 9, 9th floor, in a new beautiful building. The area is 98 square meters, with good renovation. All furniture and appliances are included (washing and drying machines, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and even a piano). The apartment has central (autonomous gas) heating, great views from the windows, and winter/summer air conditioners. The sea is just 3 minutes away. Rent is $850 for 6-12 months. No pets allowed.
