1 room is needed for a 3-room apartment suitable for any condition, located 1 minute from the metro, 3 people will live in the apartment, currently 2 people live, bedroom can be separate, there is a separate bathroom, payment including utilities is 300, suitable for a working woman, if interested write to me, don't bother with offers of 50 or more for 8 people, the apartment's price is 1200, consider the payment for apartments above the metro for 3 people, it's very fair
