Friends, from personal experience I recommend a truly knowledgeable broker who helped sell a land plot in the shortest possible time. I have 14 400 square (metres) in a very good spot and beautiful nature in Tianeti, by the Iori river and the edge of a forest. With an asphalt road, utilities connected to the plot and a small building. I'm in a hurry and looking for a real buyer or broker. I'm not expensive, on the contrary, I'm selling at quite a low price for this place. Anyone who wants a ranch, villa, hotel or cottages will not find a better place than this. The terrain is level and big trees stand there. The centre of Tianeti and all services are close. I am the owner. WhatsApp and Viber are on the number.
