I am selling a house for $125,000 in the village of Krtsanisi (5 minutes from Lower Ponichala, in the Gigant settlement), which I built personally for myself and my family. The house was built by me from start to finish. Its area is 210 m², of which 60 m² is a half-basement. The land area is 500 m². For certain reasons I have to sell this house below its cost, so please do not call me about discounts. A school, kindergarten and shops are a 5-minute walk away. Contact: Giorgi.
