I'm renting out a cozy apartment near the metro for $750, starting from October 20. The large two-room apartment is 103m2, located on the 9th or 10th floor, and has 1 bedroom, a storage room, a large kitchen-living room with stained glass windows, and a second window near the sofa. There are 2 balconies, one accessible from the living room and the other from the bedroom. The entrance has a spacious area that can be used as a workspace. The bathroom has a window and a large bathtub. Pets are allowed with a deposit. There's also a parking space in the underground parking lot. I can send a video
