I'm selling a 800m² plot in Dagve for $35,000. Located in the mountains, 20 minutes from the center of Kobuleti, the road to Kobuleti is good. The plot is steep, with terraces, many tangerines, and other trees. Parking on the plot is difficult, a car can only be placed outside the plot or a parking lot can be built on piles. Cryptomerias grow along the upper border. There is a sturdy building that can be used to equip a small house. The view of the sea and Kobuleti is magnificent.
