400 sqm land plot near the house for $12,000. The price is without a sense. It is located on an asphalt road, and there is a road on the other side. The only thing is that it is in front of graves, but active houses are being built nearby, and the graves will be fenced. I need money urgently, that's why the price is this. There is no land for less than $15,000 in the area. The village has everything: several shops, a pharmacy. It is attached to Hayanist. MG supermarket is 1 km away. Zovq is opening in the nearby village. In short, it is close to civilization. 10 km from Yerevan, Darbnik villag
