Malatia-Sebastia is Yerevan's western administrative district, stretching out to Zvartnots International Airport. Its main streets are Sebastia, Zoravar Andranik, Arno Babajanyan, Gusan Sheram, Raffi and Metsarents streets and Admiral Isakov Avenue; its blocks include Mush, Noy and Haghtanak. The district is known for the Malatia market (clothes, fruit, gold). New-build apartment blocks cluster on Leningradyan, Monte Melkonyan and Kirk Kerkorian streets, while private houses line the Haghtanak and Shahumyan streets. In the listings we collected, apartments for sale ask about 2,000 US dollars per square metre, new builds about 2,450 and private houses about 1,230. Older apartment blocks, for example on Arno Babajanyan Street, ask about $1,700/m². OpenStreetMap maps about 9,400 buildings in the district, most of them one- or two-storey private houses, so houses, land and repair services are in steady demand. On Bazarla you can post and find apartments, houses, land, cars, car parts, phones, jobs and services in Malatia-Sebastia for free.
