Senaki is a town in the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region of western Georgia and the centre of Senaki Municipality. The Tbilisi–Poti railway and the main east–west highway pass through it, which puts Senaki between Zugdidi, Poti and Kutaisi. The local market is mostly private houses with yards and plots of land; flats are mainly in older Soviet-era blocks, for example on Rustaveli and Chavchavadze streets. In the municipality's villages (Dzveli Senaki, Zemo Nokalakevi, Teklati, Eki, Ledzadzame) farmland is often for sale, and hazelnuts are the main crop of the region. The ancient fortress city of Nokalakevi (Archaeopolis) lies in the municipality. Asking prices in October 2026 put flats at about 600 USD per m2 and private houses at about 250 USD per m2.
