Didube is in north-west Tbilisi on the left bank of the Mtkvari, built along Akaki Tsereteli Avenue and the Cosmonauts embankment. It has two metro stations, Didube and Tsereteli, the Didube bus station, where marshrutkas leave for Kazbegi, Gudauri, Kutaisi and other regions, and the Didube market. New high-rise blocks are going up on Tsereteli Avenue and Mirtskhulava and Aghladze streets next to older five- and nine-storey Soviet buildings. From asking prices (Sep-Oct 2026), the median flat in Didube costs about $1,710 per m2: about $1,750 in new towers and $1,550 in older blocks. A two-room flat (one bedroom) rents for about $580 a month and a three-room flat for about $800. There are almost twice as many flats for rent as for sale, and daily rentals near the bus station are in demand.
